This distinctively handcrafted farm-to-bottle spirit begins directly in the fields surrounding the 6th generation Strang family farm founded in 1855. Triple Pot Distilled, each bottle of Blue Roof Strang’s Original is made with naturally filtered spring water and the finest home-grown Strang russet potatoes. The potatoes are cooked, fermented, distilled & bottled under our signature blue roofs in Malden, New Brunswick.

At 140 proof, this Potato Spirit resembles what the locals used to call Potato Champagne!
